What is Catalog Closet?

Catalog Closet is a full service clothing storage company that stores and maintains excess clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories.

Catalog Closet allows customers to increase their closet space by storing items in our safe storage facility.

Once a customer sets up an account, the Catalog Closet team will pick up clothing items, photograph each item, safely store them in the allotted closet size space, and upload each picture to the customers secure account. When a consumer is ready to wear their stored clothing they simply select the item and choose the next best delivery date.

Why Catalog Closet?

It’s simple. Our motto is: “Add more clothes without adding more closet.” We believe everyone should have the opportunity to shop as much as they want without closet limitations!

My Stuff

How do I view my items?

Each article of clothing stored with us is photographed and cataloged. Photos are then uploaded to our site allowing customers the ability to view their individual items by simply logging into their account.

How do I get my items back?

When it’s time to wear any item stored with us, simply select the item in your virtual closet, choose the next delivery date and the item is delivered to your front door. Deliveries are at no additional cost to you!

Can I purchase additional bins and shoe boxes?

Yes. Additional shoe boxes outside of your allotted closet amount are $2.50 per shoe box each month and additional bins are $5.50 per bin each month. The additional fees will be added to your monthly charge.


Pickup & Delivery

When do pickup and deliveries take place?

Pickup and deliveries occur every Saturday and Sunday between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Is there a delivery limit?

Absolutely not! As a Catalog Closet customer you have free unlimited deliveries. When you’re ready to wear something stored with us simply login to your account, select the item, and it is delivered to your door.

Do I need to be present for pickup and deliveries?

Yes. We require all customers to be present during pickup and deliveries.

What happens if I need to cancel my pickup or delivery?

No problem at all. If you need to cancel just give us a call at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation after that will result in a $25 cancellation charge to your next bill.

What happens if I miss my pickup or delivery appointment?

We try to avoid this as much as possible but in the event you miss a delivery appointment we will assess a $25 fee to your account.


Security

Is it safe?

Yes! All items are stored in our secured temperature controlled facility with 24/7 monitoring and security.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes! If your stuff breaks or goes missing Catalog Closet’s liability for each Bin(s) and or Closet(s) will be limited to $250, and Catalog Closet’s total liability will be limited in the aggregate to $2,000 for all Bin(s) and or Closet(s) stored with Catalog Closet.
